An 8-Session Foundational Journey into Professional Coaching
Guided by ICF-PCC & ACC Certified Coaches with 40+ Years of Combined Experience
Udbhav (meaning emergence) is a foundational 8-session coach training program designed for professionals who want to begin their journey into the world of coaching — guided by experienced mentors, grounded in global standards, and reflective of Indian context.
This course is aligned with the ICF Level 1 principles (but not ICF-accredited). You’ll learn the mindset, competencies, and ethics expected of professional coaches, while practicing real conversations under the guidance of our ICF-PCC and ICF-ACC certified facilitators, who bring over four decades of combined coaching and leadership experience.
By the end of this journey, you’ll not only understand what coaching is — you’ll begin being a coach.

Explore the ICF Code of Ethics and understand what professional integrity looks like in coaching. Participate in a supervised coaching lab where you’ll coach and be coached, integrating ethical reflection into practice.
Dive deep into the 8 ICF Core Competencies that form the backbone of the coaching profession. Learn how to demonstrate them in real conversations and understand their impact on coaching effectiveness. Note: Participants who complete all sessions and practice requirements receive a Certificate of Completion from Adhigam Avenue.

While this course is not an ICF-accredited program, it is fully aligned with ICF Level 1 standards, serving as a strong foundation for those who wish to later pursue ICF certification through accredited pathways.
